Vanilla and oak from extended bourbon aging frame a gentle whiskey warmth, with the long-aged O.W.K. portion adding mature complexity. The mouthfeel is decadent and viscous, finishing with sweet vanilla, candied fig, and lingering bourbon-soaked oak that defines Side Project’s barrel-aged mastery.
