Ambiente 2025 pours pitch-black and pours like liquid Mexican chocolate, the result of seventeen patient months in Willett OWK Bourbon Barrels. The nose unfolds with Ghana cocoa nibs, Ugandan vanilla, and warm cinnamon, layered over deep roasted malt and bourbon warmth. The palate is decadent and silken, threading dark chocolate and vanilla bean through a slow build of ancho and mulato chile heat. Oak tannins and gentle bourbon spice frame a finish that lingers on cocoa, baking spice, and a whisper of pepper, evoking a steaming mug of authentic Mexican chocolate elevated by world-class barrel character.
