Temporalis #0057 is the fifty-seventh installment in Messorem Bracitorium’s celebrated rotating Triple IPA series, brewed out of Montreal, Quebec. True to the Temporalis lineage, it pours a deep, opaque golden-orange hue with a thick, pillowy white head that displays impressive retention and coats the glass in dense, hazy layers — a hallmark of the brewery’s obsessive hop craftsmanship. On the nose, the beer erupts with wave after wave of ripe tropical fruit: sun-warmed mango, fresh-cut pineapple, passionfruit, and a bright citrus zest that lifts the entire aromatic profile. A subtle undercurrent of stone fruit rounds out the bouquet.
