Brew 3000 is a landmark English Barleywine from Seattle’s Fremont Brewing, crafted to commemorate the brewery’s 3,000th batch. Built on floor-malted English barley and Noble hops, then patiently aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, it pours a deep rosewood brown with viscous legs. The nose layers dark toffee, molasses, Cavendish tobacco, and summer blossoms over a foundation of bourbon-soaked oak. On the palate, rich waves of fig, raisin, plum, caramel, and baking chocolate converge into a warming, lusciously smooth finish with exceptional depth and balance.

Food Pairing

A natural companion to a well-aged raw-milk Comté or Gruyère, whose nutty depth mirrors the bourbon oak and dried fruit. Equally sublime alongside a dark chocolate fondant with salted caramel, its sweetness perfectly echoing the beer’s toffee and molasses character.
