Pool Water is a single-hop showcase from Albany’s Fidens Brewing Co., built entirely around Mosaic — used throughout the entire brewing process from whirlpool to dry hop. The result is a lush, opaque Double New England IPA that pours a hazy golden-orange with a pillowy white head. Expect an intensely aromatic nose of ripe blueberry, tropical mango, and stone fruit, layered over a soft, pillowy body. The palate follows with waves of juicy citrus, melon, and a whisper of earthy dankness, finishing smooth with minimal bitterness and a satiny, full mouthfeel.
