The nose is arrestingly complex: fresh-cut hay and damp barnyard funk lead, followed by herbal lemon zest, green grape skins, and a whisper of elderflower courtesy of the freshly soaked Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. On the palate, the mouthfeel is lean and crackling, with vivid natural acidity taking centre stage alongside a refined, grassy hop bitterness that keeps the sourness elegantly in check.
Flavours unfold across layers of tart green apple, white grape, musty old cork, and a subtle minerality.
