The nose is immediately expressive: wild blueberry and elderberry jam lead the charge, underpinned by a vivid lemon citrus acidity, earthy Brett funk, and a subtle dried floral note. On the palate, the mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied, finely carbonated and almost effervescent in its prickle.
