Amburana wood — a Brazilian timber prized for its warming cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking-spice character — weaves through a rich backbone of brown sugar, caramel, dried fruit, and vanilla. Sweet, tart cherries cut through the malty density with vivid, cherry-pie brightness. The finish is long, spiced, and luxuriously warming at 13.5% ABV.
