An opulent anniversary release from Revolution Brewing’s celebrated Deep Wood Series, the 15 Year Beer: Cherry Amburana (2025) fuses extended-aged barleywine and rye wine double-barreled in bourbon oak. Amburana wood — a Brazilian timber prized for its warming cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking-spice character — weaves through a rich backbone of brown sugar, caramel, dried fruit, and vanilla. Sweet, tart cherries cut through the malty density with vivid, cherry-pie brightness. The finish is long, spiced, and luxuriously warming at 13.5% ABV.
