On the nose, the beer is immediately welcoming: roasted Piedmontese hazelnuts from the Langhe region take centre stage, supported by toasted cereals, dried nuts, a whisper of cocoa, and a faint Belgian yeast spiciness that ties everything together. The mouthfeel is full and satisfying, with a creamy softness that belies the 8.5% ABV — the alcohol is expertly integrated and barely perceptible.
