A blend of wine-barrel-aged Farmstead saisons is conditioned on organic plums sourced from nearby Elmore Roots Nursery in Vermont, yielding a vibrant farmhouse ale of remarkable poise. Tart plum and stone fruit lead the way, layered over supple oak, soft wine barrel nuance, and a gentle whisper of brett funk. The palate is dry and bright, with crisp acidity carrying the fruit’s perfume into a long, elegant finish that feels both rustic and exquisitely composed.

Hill Farmstead Brewery was established in 2010 by Shaun Hill in Greensboro Bend, Vermont, nestled in the remote Northeast Kingdom region approximately seventy miles from Burlington.
