In the glass, it pours a luminous golden-amber hue, kissed with a faint blush from the peach maceration, topped by a fine, short-lived white head that quickly yields to a delicate effervescence. The nose is immediately captivating: sun-ripened white peach, dried apricot, and a whisper of floral honeysuckle are threaded through by the unmistakable warmth of saffron — earthy, slightly metallic, and exotic in equal measure. A faint underlying note of wild Brettanomyces funk and lactic tartness grounds the aromatics in lambic tradition.
