Dreams 23 is a decadent, ultra-concentrated sipper that showcases what freeze distillation can do to an already formidable barrel-aged barleywine. The pour is dense and viscous, leading into a nose layered with whisky, oak, and dark chocolate. On the palate, concentrated malt unfolds into waves of raisin, dried fig, and toffee, joined by warming alcohol that never overpowers the depth of flavor. Vanilla and tannic oak from the barrel weave through a rich, almost liqueur-like body. The aftertaste is exceptionally long, leaving lingering notes of cocoa, dark fruit, and gentle whisky heat.

Bevog Brewery was established in 2012 in Bad Radkersburg, Austria, near the Slovenian border, by beer sommelier Vasja Golar.
