The nose is extravagant and immediate: ripe banana leads the charge, wrapped in lush Madagascar vanilla, sweet toasted coconut, and a background whisper of roasted malt that keeps the aroma grounded. At 15% ABV, the nose is dense and warming, yet never harsh. On the palate, the mouthfeel is full-bodied, thick, and almost viscous — a hallmark of long aging in Missouri oak Foeders that imparts gentle tannic structure beneath the decadence.
