Yamazaki Distillery

Yamazaki Whisky comes from Japan’s oldest distillery, founded in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii, founder of Suntory — the birthplace of Japanese whisky. Located on the outskirts of Kyoto, at the confluence of three rivers, this historic producer pioneered the use of Mizunara oak, a distinctly Japanese maturation wood that imparts notes of sandalwood, incense, and orchard fruit.

Our selection includes the core range (12, 18, 25 Year Old), rare Sherry Cask and Mizunara Cask limited editions, the Distiller’s Reserve, and highly sought-after vintage releases. Every bottle is authenticated, properly stored, and ships worldwide from Switzerland.

Yamazaki Whisky has won numerous “World Whisky of the Year” awards, with the Sherry Cask 2013 famously crowned world’s best by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible. Aged expressions have become increasingly scarce as demand has outstripped supply globally.
