A meticulously curated single-barrel imperial stout from Moksa’s acclaimed Singularity series, the 2021 Advanced Select expression pours pitch-black with a viscous, oil-slick body. The nose unfolds with layered dark chocolate, rich vanillin, and warm bourbon-soaked oak. On the palate, waves of caramel, roasted malt, and dried figs intertwine with pronounced oaky tannin and lingering spirit warmth. Aged over 19 months without adjuncts, this release showcases pure barrel character at its most refined: decadent, complex, and remarkably integrated, with each sip revealing deeper nuances of vanilla bean, toasted coconut hints, and bourbon-laced sweetness.
