The nose opens with a pungent burst of gooseberry, wild and immediately captivating. On the palate, the full body delivers an almost decadent, cream-coating mouthfeel typical of the finest New Jersey hazy TIPAs. Flavors of funky gooseberry and herbal bubblegum intertwine with notes of pine, while low bitterness lets subtle floral and white wine nuances linger gracefully on the finish.
