Verkostungsprofil
Fremont’s B-Bomb is a landmark American barrel-aged ale from Seattle, pouring jet black and opaque with an inviting dark brown head. The nose opens with generous layers of milk chocolate, toffee, vanilla, and sweet bourbon, underscored by woody oak and subtle leather. On the palate, the beer is richly textured and warming — waves of cacao, dark coffee, dried fig, and caramel malt unfold with each sip, anchored by a firm but integrated bourbon backbone. The finish is long, sweet, and gently bitter, with lingering notes of dark roast and oak char. A world-class cellaring candidate with years of aging potential.
Lebensmittel-Paarung
A natural companion to a dark 70% cacao chocolate fondant, where the beer’s toffee and vanilla notes mirror the bittersweet richness of the dessert. Equally impressive alongside a slow-braised beef short rib glazed with bourbon and brown sugar, as the dish amplifies the ale’s caramel malt depth and woody barrel character.
