Toppling Goliath Brewing Company was founded in 2009 by Clark and Barbara Lewey in Decorah, Iowa — born from a Christmas homebrewing kit that quickly became an obsession. In less than a decade, this unlikely brewery from a small Iowa town became world-renowned, named #2 brewery in the world by Beer Advocate and 2021 US Beer Open Grand National Champions. Their barrel-aged Imperial Stout Kentucky Brunch Brand Stout (KBBS) has been ranked the #1 beer in the world since 2015.
