Last Tasting: Christmas
For our upcoming Christmas tasting, come and discover the greatest classified growths: Yquem, Haut-Brion and Petrus. The finest vintages will be present, along with a few surprises such as Side Project beers from Saint Louis: MJK21 and M.J.K. 2024, OWK 2023 and a selection of Continuance, Derivation and Anabasis. These are Stouts and Barleywines aged in bourbon barrels with additions of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon — perfect pairings with carefully prepared delicacies: homemade foie gras, homemade pâté en croûte and homemade smoked salmon.
