I am, of course, grateful for this excellent triple from the great dudes @troonbrewing. Donc Hoppy as hell, creamy, with a wonderful tropical profile, some pineapple and citrus.
Had to use this wonderful gold bulb glass, a nod to the beer name’s note to the fans, I think.

Troon Brewing est une petite brasserie artisanale située dans un vieux corps de ferme restauré à Hopewell, New Jersey, sur le domaine de Double Brook Farm. Donc elle sont connue pour ses IPA hazy (neigeuses) et ses stouts ajustés, Troon est fondée par Alex Helms. Qui a aussi une formation de chef, créant ainsi un lien entre la cuisine et la brasserie.
Car les bières sont produites dans le respect de l’histoire du lieu et sont offertes à la vente sur place, directement au bar, sous forme de growlers. Pourtant distribuées dans des restaurants locaux comme le Brick Farm Tavern.
