« Chichibu Independent Whisky Bars Of Scotland Cask 1173 » (mis en bouteille en 2019) est un whisky de single malt en édition limitée élaboré à la distillerie de Chichibu au Japon. Donc cette excellente expression du prisé single malt Chichibu. Car exclusive aux bars à whisky indépendants en Écosse. Puis elle a été distillée en 2011 et a bénéficié d’un vieillissement dans un unique fût de bourbon. Carde première main avant d’être embouteillée à une force de fût de 50.5%. Un whisky mettant en avant le caractère fruité unique de Chichibu. Puis il a été agrémenté de notes de fruits tropicaux, de vanille et d’épices boisées.

Donc il y a des notes de dégustation: Nose : Fruits tropicaux, végétation séchée, bois vieilli et bambou desséché. Puis la vanille, poudre de cacao, pâtisseries maltées avec une note de crème. Goût : Corps moyen, fruits tropicaux et bois, une nuance de melon, bois de santal, bambou, chocolat au lait, poivre noir.

Finish : Donc long, persistant et marqué par le poivre, les fruits tropicaux et les biscuits sablés.

Ichiro’s Chichibu single cask whisky was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2019. Exclusively for the seven members of the « Independent Bars of Scotland » group. The individual cask selected was a 1st fill ex-Bourbon barrel and the barley type. Only used in this rare whisky’s production is « Tipple ». Only 251 bottles made in total.
