Hill Farmstead Brewery was founded in 2010 by Shaun E. Hill in Greensboro Bend, Vermont — on the ancestral land his family has farmed for over 220 years. Shaun honed his craft at Nørrebro Bryghus in Copenhagen, Denmark, winning multiple World Beer Cup medals before returning to Vermont to build his dream brewery. Consistently ranked the best brewery in the world by RateBeer (2012–2020), Hill Farmstead is celebrated for an uncompromising vision that elevates beer to the level of fine wine and spirits. Every beer is named after a family member or friend — Edward, Arthur, Anna, Susan — rooting the craft in personal history and Vermont terroir.
