Hill Farmstead Brewery was founded in 2010 by Shaun E. Hill in Greensboro Bend, Vermont — on the ancestral land his family has farmed for over 220 years. Shaun honed his craft at Nørrebro Bryghus in Copenhagen, Denmark, winning multiple World Beer Cup medals before returning to Vermont to build his dream brewery.
