Side Project

Side Project Brewing was founded in 2013 by Cory and Karen King in Maplewood, St. Louis, Missouri. Driven by a chemistry degree, a fine dining background and a deep love of wine, Cory King built one of the world’s most acclaimed breweries from scratch — literally starting it as a ‘side project’ while head brewer at Perennial Artisan Ales.
